Order Procedure
Retailer BD থেকে অর্ডার করা খুবই সহজ, সুবিধাজনক ও নিরাপদ। অর্ডার করতে নিচের ধাপগুলো অনুসরণ করুন:
১. পণ্য নির্বাচন করুন
আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্রাউজ করে আপনার পছন্দের পণ্য নির্বাচন করুন। অর্ডার করার আগে পণ্যের বিবরণ, মূল্য, স্টক এবং অন্যান্য তথ্য দেখে নিন।
২. কার্টে যোগ করুন
আপনার পছন্দের পণ্যটি “ADD TO CART” বাটনে ক্লিক করে শপিং কার্টে যোগ করুন। চাইলে আরও পণ্য ব্রাউজ করে একই কার্টে যোগ করতে পারবেন।
৩. Checkout করুন
কার্টে থাকা পণ্যের নাম, পরিমাণ এবং মোট মূল্য ভালোভাবে যাচাই করুন। এরপর “CHECKOUT” বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।
৪. ডেলিভারি তথ্য দিন
আপনার সঠিক নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর, ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা এবং প্রয়োজনীয় অন্যান্য তথ্য প্রদান করুন। বিশেষ করে মোবাইল নম্বর ও ঠিকানা সঠিকভাবে প্রদান করুন, যাতে আমাদের ডেলিভারি টিম সহজে আপনার সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে পারে।
৫. পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি নির্বাচন করুন
উপলব্ধ পেমেন্ট অপশন থেকে আপনার পছন্দের পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি নির্বাচন করুন। এর মধ্যে Cash on Delivery (COD) এবং অন্যান্য অনলাইন পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি থাকতে পারে।
৬. অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করুন
অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার আগে পণ্যের তথ্য, পরিমাণ, মূল্য, ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা এবং অন্যান্য তথ্য ভালোভাবে যাচাই করুন। এরপর “PLACE ORDER” অথবা প্রযোজ্য কনফার্মেশন বাটনে ক্লিক করুন। অর্ডার সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন হলে আপনি অর্ডার কনফার্মেশন পাবেন।
৭. অর্ডার প্রসেসিং ও ডেলিভারি
আমাদের টিম আপনার অর্ডার প্রসেস করবে এবং প্রয়োজন হলে আপনার সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করবে। এরপর আপনার অর্ডারটি ডেলিভারি পার্টনারের কাছে হস্তান্তর করা হবে এবং আপনার দেওয়া ঠিকানায় পৌঁছে দেওয়া হবে।
৮. অর্ডার গ্রহণ করুন
আপনার নির্বাচিত ডেলিভারি ঠিকানায় পণ্য গ্রহণ করুন। Cash on Delivery (COD) হলে পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় ডেলিভারি প্রতিনিধিকে প্রযোজ্য মূল্য পরিশোধ করুন।
